I credit my leadership style to my "interns" at home: two young boys who keep me in a constant state of creative pivoting. I’ve mastered the art of high-stakes negotiation, radical empathy, and finding a clear narrative in total chaos. If I can convince a toddler that pants are mandatory, I can sell a room of stakeholders on a daring new campaign.
